Editions
Compare the Community, Professional and Enterprise editions, their prices, and which one fits.
RST AI Copilot for Zabbix comes in three editions. All of them connect to your existing Zabbix 6.0 to 7.4 and install the same way. Every edition uses the same archive, and the activated license decides which capabilities are on.
Positioning
- Community: free. Chat queries, live problems with summaries, network posture, topology, monitoring health, masking and the local audit log, for one user on a single host. The archive is on GitHub Releases.
- Professional: licensed per user. Unlocks alert correlation, fault investigation, triggers & items, the platform checkup and reports, for one operations team.
- Enterprise: everything in Professional, plus single sign-on, separation of duties, audit forwarding to an external SIEM, LLM failover and offline activation, with no limit on nodes.

The gateway uses your own LLM endpoint. Model calls are unlimited in every edition; Community has no daily quota either.
Community can view the maintenance windows that already exist in Zabbix (read-only). Drafting, creating and cancelling with the maintenance-window assistant, and remote ping and traceroute, need Professional or Enterprise.
Users
A license records how many accounts may be enabled, and the gateway caps enabled accounts at that number: 1 for Community, 10 for a trial, and the seats bought for Professional. If a license lapses or is replaced by one with fewer seats while more accounts are enabled, only administrators can sign in, and everyone else gets seats_exceeded_admin_only. Accounts and data are kept, and renewing restores access.
Trials and purchase
A trial license opens every Enterprise capability for 14 days on one node, with up to 10 enabled accounts.
Every edition uses the same archive. Without a license the paid features show as locked, clicking one offers the upgrade, and the rest of the product keeps running.
To upgrade a Community install, an administrator activates the license. No reinstall is needed; data and the host fingerprint are kept. Professional can be bought online; Enterprise is invoiced.
