Account
Avatar, role, password; interface language and theme; the default index, page size and remembered columns for Smart query. Saved instantly, follows the account.
Avatar top right → "Profile". Only the own account is editable; creation, roles and disabling are done by an administrator on Users.
Profile
- Avatar: upload an image; scaled to 96×96 and stored in the personal preferences.
- Account / role / sign-in method: read-only. The method is password, single sign-on, reverse-proxy identity or ops token.
- Change password: current + new (8+ characters). Every other device's session is signed out; the current one stays. SSO accounts change their password in the IdP.

Changes save instantly, gateway-side (.rst_copilot_userstate), so another browser sees them too. When the gateway is briefly unreachable they are kept in this browser and synced later; the navigation shows "Not synced" meanwhile.
Notifications
Push reports and high-severity alerts to Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, Teams, Slack or email: destinations, periods and alert threshold, mail server; failed deliveries retry and can be resent.
