From drawings and point clouds to a running scene
3D modelling and optimisation for plants, lines, data centres and campuses
A twin is only as credible as its match with the site. We build 3D scenes of plants, production lines, data centres and campuses from BIM, point clouds and manual modelling, apply optimisation and LOD tiers, and support web and video-wall rendering as the base for data integration and operations.
Our approach
One team scopes, executes and retests; conclusions are delivered as evidence, not checklists.
Precision tiered by purpose
Monitoring, training and simulation need different precision. Each area's modelling precision and detail level is set by purpose and written into acceptance criteria.
Existing drawings and scans reused
BIM models, CAD drawings and laser point clouds are used first; manual modelling fills only the gaps.
Optimisation done during modelling
Models are LOD-tiered and instanced as they are built; browser and video-wall frame rates are verified at modelling stage, not fixed later during integration.
Deliverables
3D scene models
Model files and asset library by area and level, with precision notes.
Optimisation and rendering plan
LOD configuration, web / video-wall rendering parameters and performance report.
Modelling standard
Naming, coordinate system, units and update process for later expansion.
How we deliver
Four stages, each with defined inputs, outputs and a client sign-off.
Data collection and survey
Drawings, point clouds, site survey and precision requirements.
Modelling
Modelling by area, review, optimisation.
Integration check
Platform loading, performance test, site comparison.
Delivery and standard
Model delivery, standard documentation, update training.
Frequently asked questions
Notes on scope, execution and delivery standards. Contact us for anything not covered here.
Laser point cloud modelling reaches centimetre level, BIM conversion keeps design precision, manual modelling is set by purpose. Precision is agreed per area at survey stage and written into acceptance criteria.
Start from where you stand
Security, data and AI each start with a review of where you stand. The report and its findings are yours, whether or not the engagement continues.
