Today, international payments have become deeply integrated into daily life. With just a few clicks, you can complete cross-border transfers in a mobile banking app. However, the technology supporting this experience comes from an organization called Swift.
Swift is an international banking network with 50 years of history. Through its FIN messaging standard, it continues to serve over 11,000 financial institutions across more than 200 countries and regions, processing nearly 45 million financial messages daily.

Partnering with Reallysec to Build a Unified Observability Platform
To support efficient collaboration and agile delivery, De Moerloose launched a key initiative: building a unified enterprise-level observability platform. This platform needs to serve 80 distributed development teams within Swift with diverse technology stacks, supporting full lifecycle DevOps monitoring, logging, and analytics.
This platform is powered by Elastic Observability and was rapidly deployed with Reallysec's consulting planning and deployment assistance.

After building a proof-of-concept prototype using the open-source version of Elastic, Swift developed a complete commercial deployment solution. Reallysec assisted the Swift team in migrating the Elastic platform from on-premises deployment to Elastic Cloud on AWS, significantly reducing daily maintenance burden and allowing the team to focus on business value realization.
